Continuous Narrow Strip Thickness Gauge
This gauge is designed for precision continuous contact measurement of narrow metal as well as non-metallic strip thickness. Type: MTUP-301
The gauging head design enables to adjust the measuring line distance from the strip edge (e.g. to position the head in the strip centre) using set screw. Diamond contacts, which are permanently touching the measured strip, provide for the transfer of the measured variable to the sensors and control unit. The design of the diamond contacts secures they do not impair the appearance of the material and have long service life. As the thickness measuring line distance from the strip edge is adjustable the strip cross section can also be measured.
