Profile of the Company
The company has 2 divisions - Measuring Instrument and Special Equipment Development and Production Division and Pneumatic and Hydraulic Component Sales and Machine Component and Machinery Production Division.
Organizational Structure
The company is owned by two partners with equal interests - Tomáš Barták, Ing. holding the position of Production Director and Pavel Vitoslavský, Ing. holding the position of Commercial Director. Either of them is entitled to act on behalf of the company on his own.
Company history
The company was founded in Ostrava in December 1991 with the intention to exploit the experience in production technologies in the area of mechanical engineering in view of high demand for the precision continuous contact gauges.
